Become an Online Partner

I. Goal

With such cooperations, the PVS Group intends to establish a “distribution and competence network“, from a regional and also from an industry view. Accordingly, we take care that our Preferred Partners (PP) have either industry USPs or excellent regional market access to competitor customers.

To ensure exclusiveness, the PVS Group guarantees to collaborate with a maximum of 2 or 3 partners within Germany! Outside Germany, we plan to work with one partner per country.

II. Online Partner Qualifications

A. PVS Online Partner (POP)

  • This partner model basically intends to involve existing partners more strongly that do not yet have any expertise in the creative field.
  • Aside from this, it is in PVS Group's interest to present to interested parties a variety of platforms that can be incorporated into our logistic solutions.

B. PVS Prefered Partner (PPP)

1. General Requirements for PPP

  • Such companies have their own market access to producers and dealers including e-commerce activities and e-commerce Service Providing (ESP).
  • Such partners play a leading role either in the IT or creative field in their relevant sub-segment.
  • Such partners have successfully passed our PVS Online Audit, that means they have process know-how in e-commerce:
    - Phase concept for introduction of a web shop Phase 1
    - Phase concept for introduction of ESP (incl. third fulfilment provider) Phase 2

2. Successful PVS Audit

  • Examination of successful projects in the area of ConversionRate Improvement (CRI) through PVS specialists.
  • Management of established interfaces to ERP systems (SAP, XML, WebServices, etc.).
  • Scalable IT solutions, at efficient terms.

3. PPP Business Model

We expect from our Preferred Partners to present NetSales models as USPs, compared to outsourcing of individual processes. Insofar, the Preferred Partner works towards an integrated offer of creative services in the context of online marketing, his own creative services or those of third parties, that means that he will offer marketing budgets in addition to fulfillment or e-shop topics that are provided to the Preferred Partner for online marketing purposes. After all, this intends to balance the risks of such a business model (conversion rate, returns rate, project complexity).

  • Through its partner dsb AG, the PVS Group has access to a high-performance SAP-certified data processing center and can therefore meet data security and data protection requirements of even large groups of companies. In addition, the dsb group has plenty experience in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and payment management. CRM in particular will gain much importance over the coming years in the highly competitive sales business so that this will represent an USP for the PPP.
